Welcome to the new website of  Masaood John Brown & MJB International and thank you for your interest in our company.  Masaood John Brown (MJB) and MJB International (MJBI) are based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi UAE with the main facility incorporating our state of the art workshop located in Dubai .  With our sister company, Turbine Services Limited, we are one of the world's leading total service companies for industrial gas turbines with particular specialisation in the Frame range of turbines designed by General Electric and their former business and manufacturing associates.  MJB/MJBI are predominately staffed and managed by senior personnel and engineers from a previous OEM, John Brown Engineering Ltd.

MJB/MJBI have recently become a member of the TurboCare Group - the largest independent turbo-machinery total service organisation in the world - and part of a multi-billion dollar organisation supporting power plant and oil & gas users around the world.  Together with our sister company, Turbine Services Limited in the UK, and other companies within the TurboCare Group, we are total service providers on a global scale, offering support to industrial gas turbine users in their respective regions for over 25 years. The expanding relationships and partnerships within TurboCare brings a new dimension to the range of services and products available, and we are aligned with TurboCare's stated vision of "becoming the global leader in providing aftermarket turbo-machinery parts and services by delivering an unsurpassed combination of responsiveness, dependability and quality".

As one of the recognised leaders throughout the world, our policy is one of providing a comprehensive after sales support service to users of industrial rotating equipment - a one-stop-shop for all requirements which fits with our strategy of "customer first". The expanded infrastructure and partnership arrangements will allow us to network and support our services on a global scale.  Our service centres are managed and operated by experienced, fully trained staff, many of whom are resident in the markets we support.  They provide close contact with local customers and deliver a personalised responsive service to meet the varying requirements that each operation and application demands.

From its Dubai base, MJB/MJBI operates a state-of-the-art repair facility that has witnessed significant investment in our product capability portfolio over the last 5 years. Our customised air-conditioned class leading workshops covering 3270m of floor space with an additional 1000m of storage and warehousing space has full capability to repair rotating and stationary parts, plus combustion equipment. This includes high-tech high-temperature protections and plasma coatings and the capability, along with sister companies, to completely re-blade and balance Rotors up-to and including Frame 9. The facility is also a regional hub for inventory stock-holding to ensure customers in the region have the ability to obtain materials on an urgent basis.

Our international sales team is supported by our Dubai and Abu Dhabi Commercial support teams and UK Technical and Logistics centre in Glasgow .  This places us in a unique position to offer both immediate advice and site assistance to industrial gas turbine users for all operational needs including: replacement spare parts, component repair, turbine engineering, project design and development engineering, project management, plant overhauls, field service support, technical service and consultancy, and new technology improvements to existing equipment.
