Spares
We maintain a substantial computerized stockholding of spare parts for the General Electric-design of the heavy-duty industrial gas turbine equipment. Our parts stockholding policy is continuously monitored to ensure that the majority of customer's spare part requirements are satisfied ex-stock, for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.

Our database includes information on parts, inventory and pricing for multiple line items. We have traditionally always pursued a policy of providing a comprehensive spare parts service to our customers and industrial turbine gas users in all parts of the world, and accordingly we have developed a supply chain relationship with a number of international manufacturers to offer part availability on a competitive and timely basis.

We listen carefully to customer needs and are fully flexible in developing new combination within the supply chain. These are normally established through investigation, study and discussion. We have a variety of materials support systems on offer which include component exchange, parts repair, scheduled just in time stocks, consignment stocks and in some cases, a combination of any of these features under a single materials management contract.

In conjunction with many gas turbine users and operators we offer to share both information and technology on parts replacement and operating cycles. With the support of Chromalloy technology, we can offer parts life improvement programmes that are able to challenge and improve upon market standards. We are also able to use engineering analysis techniques to establish necessary parameters that will enable component repair and manufacturing processes.

All components repaired or supplied as replacement parts are accompanied with a full warranty to international standards.

Repairs

We offer an extensive and complete range of repair services to all worldwide customers for almost any of our custom built repair workshops. Stationary parts are repaired at our workshop in Jebel Ali Free Zone in Dubai, U.A.E. Rotating parts can be repaired at Chromalloy UK and at a number of Chromalloy facilities throughout the world. We have access to the Chromalloy technology and worldwide facilities that have developed specialised repair techniques, many of which are currently available elsewhere in the region. These include Coatings (EBPVD, LPPS, Platinum Aluminides and HVOF), Metallurgical repairs (Advanced Braze Repair), and Special Laser Machining Operations.

Utilising Chromalloy technology, TSN is a leading supplier to a number of OEM's for high technology coatings and repair, and offer comprehensive technology and expertise to internationally approved standards. Chromalloy is widely known for cost-effective parts repair solutions through the use of many patented and approved proprietary and innovative processes. Much of Chromalloy's technology has been derived from the aviation turbine engine parts repair and manufacturing industry which demands the highest possible quality standards in the world.

Our repair service package has been designed to offer plant owners and operators a one-stop-shop that has a repair capability for all component parts associated with the gas turbine and related power equipment. This allows customers the opportunity to enter into long term commitments that can offer fixed prices and turn-round times for all equipment in the power train.

We also take pride in our fast turn round time that we offer on component repair, but many customers take advantage of our component exchange system, to minimise stockholding and to reduce unit downtime during overhaul. This service is available for most capital parts and control cards.

Maintenance

MJB International employ numerous field technical advisors, specialists, and experienced service support staff that have been in the power generation industry for many years. Engineering and site services include standard overhaul services, engineering troubleshooting and planning, technical support, control retrofits and plant upgrades, O&M, plant re-location, and total maintenance concepts.

Training

Customer training is an important element within MJB's range of integrated gas turbine products and services. Together with our joint venture companies we have delivered training to over 1000 engineering personnel, educating and enhancing the technical skills of our client's plant operators.
